Pricing questions
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Telemetry plans are month-to-month per machine, cancel anytime. Hardware is a one-time purchase you own.
When do I get the money from card payments?
Settlement follows the acquirer's schedule — typically the next business day to your account.
Do I pay for machines that are offline?
You pay only for machines connected to telemetry in a given month.
What does the 1,50% rate include?
Everything: card scheme fees, processing and acquiring via SumUp. There is no fixed per-transaction fee and no other transaction costs.
Are there discounts for large fleets?
Yes. From roughly 20 machines the per-unit economics change — contact sales for a quote.
Can I mix Basic and Pro across my fleet?
Yes, plans are per machine. Run Pro on flagship locations and Basic everywhere else.
